As a student and adult ministry, Integrare exists to create thoughtful environments in which Christian faith and a biblical worldview can be examined, applied and experienced. We do this through one-on-one spiritual mentoring, weekly small-group Bible studies, and special events.
Our primary focus includes varsity student-athletes, professors and administrative leaders, community professionals, and Dartmouth alumni.
Theologically, Integrare embodies what C.S. Lewis called “mere Christianity” — grounded in the Bible as God’s Word and traditional tenets of Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, and Protestant churches.
Integrare affirms that the Bible is inspired by God, that faith in Jesus Christ is necessary for individual salvation, and that God calls us to live by principles in the New Testament.
Ultimately, the source of these core biblical truths as well as one’s ability to embrace them are gifts — glimpses of God’s grace that transcend human will, intelligence or experience.
Briefly, we affirm Christendom’s classic Nicene Creed, with the understanding that views among Christians may differ on the role of baptism and the meaning of the word catholic.
After three decades serving in a variety of ministry leadership roles with CRU (formerly Campus Crusade for Christ), principally at Brown University and Dartmouth College, Kent and Denise launched Integrare in 2009 as an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a Board of Directors.
Integrare is a fully recognized member of Dartmouth’s Tucker Center for Spiritual & Ethical Life.
